🏡 The space

Harrogate Manor Retreat has been designed for sociable stays and easy group living. Inside, you’ll find 6 bedrooms, 4 en-suites, a family bathroom and a WC.

The property comfortably sleeps 16 with an additional 3 jay-be beds for groups of 17-19. This must be arranged a minimum of 1 week before arrival. There are 2 separate living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area making group meals simple.

For entertainment, enjoy the indoor bar with karaoke and surround sound setup. Outside, unwind in the private hot tub and take in the surrounding countryside. There’s also ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles.

Accessibility: Bedroom 1 is wheelchair accessible (1 small step to enter the property) with a step-free shower. Full access to the kitchen, dining, and both living areas.

Harrogate is just a 15-minute drive away, known for its restaurants, bars, and charming town centre. Leeds is also within 30 minutes, offering shopping, nightlife, and direct train links across the UK.

ℹ️ Security Deposit:
We kindly ask for a £500 security deposit prior to your stay. This will be arranged the week before your arrival date.

The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned shortly after check-out, provided the property is left in good condition, without damage, and in line with the house rules.
